Comprehensive Traffic Surveys Using Advanced Automated Equipment
Traffic Plan provides comprehensive traffic survey services for all vehicle categories using state-of-the-art automated equipment. Our data collection solutions cover everything from short-term point surveys to long-term continuous monitoring across extended road networks.
Traffic Count Services
- Traffic surveys for all vehicle categories on road corridors and intersections
- Automatic lane-by-lane counts with classification by vehicle type
- Directional counts at intersections — turning movement surveys
- Hourly, peak-hour and daily traffic profiles
- Origin-destination studies using Bluetooth/Wi-Fi detection (DeepBlue)
- Travel time and journey speed measurements
Automated Data Collection Equipment
- RTMS Echo (Remote Traffic Microwave Sensor) — Radar sensor for simultaneous coverage of up to 12 lanes. Continuous collection of volume, speed and vehicle classification. Ideal for high-traffic corridors and adverse weather conditions.
- Viacount — Compact radar sensor covering up to 4 lanes. Volume, speed and vehicle classification. Versatile and ideal for short-duration studies and multiple simultaneous survey points.
- DeepBlue — Bluetooth/BLE/Wi-Fi detection system for travel time, origin-destination matrices, congestion detection and incident monitoring. Captures real vehicle movements on extended corridors.
- MioVision — Intelligent video-based data collection system using artificial intelligence algorithms. Automated vehicle detection and classification from video images, without human intervention at the site.
- BMA – mobile system for detecting and classifying traffic participants. Data is processed directly in the sensor (GDPR compliant). Used for automated traffic studies, traffic flow analysis, and parking utilization studies.
- Miovision Scout Hardware – portable video-based traffic data collection device, fully connected. Counts vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians, determines turning movement trajectories and travel time.
