Traffic engineering since 2013, in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe
Traffic Plan brings together a team of engineers specialized in road traffic and urban mobility, founded by Dr. Ing. Călin Șerbu. Active since 2013 and officially established in 2020, the company is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca and operates in Romania and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Each project benefits from an integrated approach: field data collected with state-of-the-art automated equipment, modeled and analyzed with professional software, transformed into concrete technical solutions and complete documentation for approval and implementation.
